any fix for these 4 troubles from dell 5547?

hello im using a dell 5547 which specs are:

Intel i7 4th gen 4510u,1 TB HDD RPM 5400,8GB RAM,INTEL hd graphic 4400,amd r7m265,windows 10 64 bit 2016 (anniversary version)

[FIRST]

im currently having large issues with win10 when i upgraded it from win7

im having HIGH CPU USAGE 45-60%

                  DISK 99-100%

                  memory 45- 100%

i instaled the latest drivers for win10 from you guys (dell.com) still nothing really changed

i was playing gta v and man its lagging so bad it became unplayable win7 was way X40IMES better..

any small tip to fix  this mess?

is there program from dell which removes all the drivers when i mean all i mean it

of my dell 5547? if there is please link it. or any apps which do that.

[THIRD]

im having graphical and load up problems when im playing games like blade n soul and gta V the laptop take more time than usual to load up the games example the gta v intro go lag at 5 seconds of the intro for some reason and took about 1min15sec to load up gta v

how should i install my graphic for this laptop

intel GRAPHIC  first ? then amd  GRAPHIC ?

or

intelGRAPHIC , restart then AMD GRAPHIC ,restart?
