This is an interactive test - what was your reason for responding "No" to the prompt?  Was there a faulty image?

I have a similar problem but with my desktop:

  Vendor Name: NVIDIA Corporation
  Interface: PCI Express x16
  Negotiated Link Width: x16
Video Card Chip Type: GeForce 310
  Video Card Memory: 512.00 MB
  Video Card BIOS: Version 70.18.35.0.11
  Driver Provider: NVIDIA
  Driver Version: 9.18.13.2660, 8-9-2013

  Primary Surface Test

    Test Started         - 2/23/2014 1:34:44 AM

    Warning Message:     - 2/23/2014 1:34:48 AM
      Error at pixel 0 0 :
Input color 00555555 not equal to output color 00574242.

    Test Finished:       - 2/23/2014 1:34:50 AM
      Failed (Error code: WVC07-LER)

I believe my video drivers are up-to-date so, do I need to replace my video card?

The network hardware tests OK but the network keeps shutting down as well.

Again, what was your reason for answering NO when prompted?

Does the color not appear correct?

If that's the case, does the same fault show on an external monitor?

OK, I take it the comment was indeed meant for me....
Firstly, many thanks for responding... I appreciate it.

That part of the Dell HW test flashed by so fast, essentially a flicker on the screen (that's all that was seen on the monitor, i.e. nothing!), and it moved on to the next test.  There was no prompt for any sort of response!  I could send you the entire 11 page "My Dell Log File" from the test utility if you like. I am open to advice. So all three of your questions are not answerable because of the way that Dell test utility works. Perhaps you have in mind a different test utility I can try .. if so what would that test be?
