[st] Dell Inspiron i15R-1633sLV

Just purchased this laptop this last week for a family member.

I get notice to update my windows software. I click yes and the downloading starts, however it stops at download #5. My laptop has been this way for over three hours. I have internet connection, yet my laptop must be frozen. I try to power off, however when I reboot or turn off laptop it goes to the same blue screen showing the download process.  Nothing is working. I really would like to know how I can get back into the laptop and figure this problem out. Thanks.
