trouble after windows10 reinstall dell XPS L702X

I am reinstalling win10 home 64 bit on my dell XPS L702X. I having trouble with the Ntrig duosense driver. As soon as I booted the computer after clean install I. Started getting ghost touches to the point I can hardly accomplish anything on the machine. I had the ntrig disabled previously in win10. However, something is wrong because there are only 2 entries in hardware manager for ntrig and there should be 4.
Here is my theory: the driver from the install disk isn't working. The software isn't installed properly so when I try to disable the driver it doesn't work. I saw on the dell community forum that there was an updated driver on the Ntrig website that would fix it but the domain it pointed me to is for sale. So much for that! I sure would appreciate any help. I'm about to pull out my remaining hair!

Thank you for your message.

This system model has not been tested for Windows 10. Certain devices may encounter errors or will quit working due to driver compatibility.

Try updating the BIOS from this link http://dell.to/2u86owE & check if the issue persists.

Once updated try a touchscreen calibration by following this link http://dell.to/2tvE3ip
