windows reinstall and driver download

Hello everyone

I have reinstalled windows on my dell inspiron 3537, but now i am unable to download drivers.

I should have downloaded them before installing the window, now the internet, wifi or lan down dont   work on my system which is understandable as there are no drivers to support. so which means that i can not download them, i tried downloading them on my sisters sony vio, well here the dell's driver software doesnt work so i have install the manually, i tried to download certain files but they are taking forever to download even, so in past 3 hours i cant even download a single setup.

so please guide me how i can do it?

i have no idea, and i dont have the drivers cd either. windows 7 64 bit
