Brand New Dell XPS 13 (9350) issues
Hi there, I just bought a brand new Dell XPS 13 (9350) and have been installing drivers:
1) Dell Wireless 1820A WiFi Driver (Because there was an error with the driver that didn't allow me to get Wi-Fi)
2) Dell Wireless 1820A Bluetooth Driver
3) Dell XPS 13 9350 System BIOS
After running the BIOS driver, the screen turned black and there has been a constant white and amber lights repeating 2 times each. Now the screen won't turn on at all anymore.
If you could please aid me in this, that would be much appreciated! Thank you.

Yes, I was speaking with technical support at the time and they recommended me to install the drivers.

Are you still able to access the bios? Try to downgrade the bios to previous version, then delete the dell wifi driver and first try the windows standard driver.

No, I'm unable to do so. I've spoken again with the technical support staff and they have arranged for a technician to inspect my laptop.

You can try to start your computer by safe mode?
