Dell XPS 15 9550 Battery is swollen and Trackpad raised and is not working

Hello, My Dell trackpad is not working and is raised as showen in the figure. Can some one please let me know what is the problem and how it can be fixed. My warranty expired recently. When I took it to local computer repair center, they refused to check and asked me to contact Dell customer service.
