Latitude E7240 and WWAN 5570 card

Hello!

Anyone facing a similar problem? After updating my OS to windows 10, the connects with the dell 3g/4g modem are really slow. It is a 42 mbps type, so downloads should reach up to 500,000 kB/s. I'm only seeing somithing like 50,000 kB/s max (10%). Connect displays as 'HSPA' which would suggest UMTS/LTE connect. Could it be driver issue?
