XPS-13-9350, Touch Screen/Display is not (constantly) working
Hello Dell-Community,
I got my new XPS 13 9350 a couple of days ago.
After a few days of using it I recognized that my touch function of the high definition display (3200x1800px) is not working. Or at least it's not working all the time.
After re-installing most of the drivers I can get it to work at some point but after a few minutes everything is back to not working again. Then it sometimes starts working all by itself.
You can see the virtual keyboard symbol "come and go" at the right bottom of the screen / right side of the Windows taskbar.
I'm getting really sad about this ongoing problem since I not only payed a lot of money but I also had to wait unbelievable 6 weeks until I finally got my new laptop.
Perhaps someone has an idea what could be the cause of this problem.

UPDATE:
You can also see the ongoing problem while looking inside the hardware-manager.
One position is "jumping" around...
Attached I made some screenshots of the hardware-manager where you can see that one position is not constantly working while the detailed description shows an error - code 45 component isn't connected.
