I am looking to purchase the new XPS 13 for university research from the swiss shop today

I would like to inquire if there is a students discount on the purchase from the dell shop

I wrote to Dell_EMEA_VIP@dell.com there is no response yet 

Is there a possibility to get an answer here in the forum?

also if I order the English layout keyboard does it take additional days to complete the delivery or it remains unchanged
