Dell Battery Setting Can't find

Hello there 

1. plzz check if the product is under warranty 

2. Check the health of your battery in BIOS 

3. If you are not able to check the power settings in dell power manager try and check if you get the option to download my dell application from Microsoft store. 

4. Also check if the my dell application if pre-installed on your system 

you can simply check by typing my dell in windows search bar 

5. if you have my dell application or if you are able to download the my dell application you can also manage your power settings from My dell application with all the features as same as dell power manager.

i can't find MY DELL app in app store may be its incompatible with latitude laptops
