Dell E6430u i7 Laptop FREEZES after a couple minutes (HELP)
I have a Dell Latitude E6430u laptop. When I start the laptop it opens perfectly into the desktop but about 3 minutes of using the laptop it freezes and I can't click anything. The mouse still moves around but everything else is frozen. What should I do? .. Should I reset my laptop even tho I have important stuff on it?
Method that I've already tried:
Change power settings..
Take out battery and put it back in...
Uninstalled google chrome and other useless apps..
Restored back a couple updates..
All of these have failed ^

Have you ran diagnostics yet? When you boot the system, at the Dell splash screen start tapping F12. Run full diagnostics paying attention to the hard drive results. It is possible that the hard drive is starting to fail. Are you getting any error messages? Also watch for any RAM errors in diagnostics. You can try reseating the RAM as that could also be a source of the problem.

Yep i did all of that i just reseted my laptop its working fine now but i lost a couple songs i recorded. :/
