Dell Latitude 5430 - Microphone Access being blocked intermittently

Our Dell Latitude 5430 laptops (no custom image) recently started having issue with its microphone, where it will block from being access on apps like Microsoft Teams, Ring Central, etc. intermittently. The is happening to multiple users and the only way to resolve it is to restart the laptop, but then the issue will occurs back after a while. Changing the microphone from internal to external headset or vice versa will not resolve the issue. We had ran all pending updates on Windows and Dell, we also attempted to uninstalled the sound driver and reinstall it, but issue still persist. Wonder if anyone else is experiencing the same issue?
