I just want to inform my finding in case exactly the same happens to you.
It happened to us that two Dell Latitude 5480s started crashing randomly after updates were applied from Dell Command update. It took time to investigate to issue, but in the end I found that Intel Rapid Storage Technology ver 184.108.40.2065 caused crashes, this version came from the Dell Command update. When I uninstalled it and it was replaced by Microsoft default (IDE ATA/ATAPI Controller - Standard SATA AHCI Controller) machines were stable again.
Here is some information which might help you to identify if you are affected by the same problem.
we are using latest Windows 10 Pro x64
on bios system's SATA operation is configured as AHCI
machines have Hynix SC308 M.2 SSD
machines crashed constantly about 1-3 times per week
memory dumps and minidums were written on crash
