Dell Latitude 7430 trackpad not working
Hey all,
We have some Latitude 7430's deployed to several users, and we've noticed trackpad issues. I was able to fix this issue on several machines with the firmware update here: https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=rgny7&oscode=w2021&productcode=latitude-14-7430-2-in-1-laptop

On a user's machine, this simply fails to install. I've attached a screenshot of the error.
I tried using Dell Command Update as well. Ran all updates, restarted, no fix.

I have the same issue - the touchpad stops to work and the driver/firmware update fails!

Dell team i've the similar issue however mine are model 5430.
Few model that had similar issues has applied successfully however only 2 laptops are not able to applied this update.
They still have issue of occasionally mouse cursor missing issue.
