If there's still an entry for the nVidia GPU in the control panel (even if it shows not having a driver loaded), you will need to manually install the Intel and nVidia drivers.
If there's no entry at all for the nVidia GPU, it has failed -- if you need it back, you will need to replace the system board.

First thing to verify is that the system you own has the optional nVidia GPU -- the vast majority of these -- well over 90% of them - were shipped with Intel GPUs only.
You can look up the original specification of the system by service tag at dell.com/support.
If you know the system once showed the second GPU, but does not now, there is a possibility it has failed -- this system is about seven years old.
You will not see an entry in firmware/setup for the GPU even if it is present -- there is no hardware controller for the GPU -- it's MUXless, meaning completely software controlled.

What would you suggest as a solution for now?

As you said it was showing before but after installing new w10 it didn't show up
It says hardware not found in the driver I downloaded from the site.

Here's one source for a replacement board.
