Dell latitude e5450 not booting without dc power

Hey, so recently (today) my PC will not turn on without dc power!

I never had this happen before.

If i plug it out, it will not turn on until i plug it back in.

Specs: 

Intel Core i5-5300u @ 2.3ghz (turbo boost up to 2.9ghz)

No external graphics (only intergrated graphics which is Intel HD Graphics 5500)

12gb ram

300 megabit/s internet speed

Gigabit ethernet

Windows 10

256gb SSD
