Yesterday I spilled water on my trackpad it was a small amount but now my trackpad buttons are not working at all even in the bios are my trackpad buttons dead? Is there a way to clean or fix them?

You can try cleaning the  contacts with alcohol (which will require removing the palmrest).  If that doesn't get them reactivated, replace the touchpad assembly.
