@Mohammad Uzair021

At this point my techs would tag it as a bad motherboard and move on.

Sounds like the motherboard needs to be replaced.

Welcome to the Dell Community  @Mohammad Uzair021

Hold down the "D" key, push the power button, release the power button, wait 2-3 seconds and release the "D" key

The laptop should go through an LCD test of solid White, Red, Green, Blue and Black 2 or 3 times.

After completion it should try to automatically boot 2 or 3 times.

Give it time to complete the test.

If that does not help to boot then disconnect your AC adapter, the "Main" battery and the BIOS "Coin Cell" battery.

Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds.

Then install only the BIOS "Coin Cell" battery.

Turn the laptop right side up and attach the AC adapter.

It may try to automatically power-on and boot.

Post any results.

Best regards,

U2

@Mohammad Uzair021

Very small chance it is the BIOS.

Disconnect the AC adapter.

Press and hold the (Esc) and (Ctrl) keys.

Then insert the AC holding the (Esc) and (Ctrl) keys until a screen like this appears.

BIOS recovery.PNG

If it does not appear then there is no BOIS recovery option.
