Does Lattitude e6410 support openGL 3.3 for graphics intel (R) HD

Cant insatll some software because they require graphic card or driver with support for open gl3.3 or higher. i want to know if  e6410 support this and how i can solve this issue. Thanksgraphic card error warning installing a software
