@Trevor Philips
Used 2x4GB DDR2-6400S sims.
First unit = E6400
BIOS = A34
CPU = T9600 2.80GHz TDP 35W
Memory Installed = 8192MB
Memory Channel Mode = Dual
DIMM A Size = 4096 MB
DIMM B Size = 4096 MB
Second Unit = E6400
BIOS = A34
CPU = P9700 2.80GHz TDP 28W
Memory Installed = 8192MB
Memory Channel Mode = Dual
DIMM A Size = 4096 MB
DIMM B Size = 4096 MB
I do not have time to install W10 but it should.
At least this time I had the equipment to say that it would work!!!
Best regards and good luck,
U2

Welcome to the Dell Community @Trevor Philips
I am almost sure that the max memory for the E6400 is 4GB total DDR2 6400S???
Dell Latitude E6400 compatible upgrades:
https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/compatible-upgrade-for/Dell/latitude-e6400
The max memory for the E6410 is 8GB and it is DDR3 12800
Best regards,

Hello, I found two 4GB cards of ddr2. I thought they only existed of 2GB. It can be useful? It makes compatible with e6400.

@Trevor Philips
Yes they manufactured 4Gb DDR2 6400S sims.
I will be leaving for the office in about an hour.
I can grab an E6400 and 2x4Gb DDR2 6400S's and test them for you.
Get back to you soon,
