I've got an Ispiron 16 5620 on which I am attempting an OS Reset. It boots from USB into the SupportAssist OS Recovery with no problem, is connected to my wireless network no problem, but every time I attempt the Reset, I get the same error message:
Download verification was unsuccessful. Please restart the download process.
Any ideas? I'd try a wired connection, but apparently this model doesn't have an ethernet port.
