Laptop doesn’t show internet network or wifi on network connections

Hi! 

Initially what happened - i was trying to some kind of reset my computers apps or programs (im not familiar with terms) because the fan is heating a-lot and it wont stop spinning so fast so I figured to search on the net and I did a MSCONFIG On the command prompt as what i saw on some of the forums. I clicked something i shouldn't have. The computer restarted I can no longer see the wifi icon on the right lower part of screen. I checked the network and internet>Internet options
on the control panel And im not able to see any area where i can turn on or off the wifi connectivity. It also says on network and sharing center that windows did not detect any networking hardware. I have a latitude E7250 on windows 10. Please help me i just need to get back on studying. Thank you
