Latitude 3520 high CPU and RAM
Hi Dell Support,
We noticed that one of our employees has an unusual high CPU and RAM load on his device. CPU often gets displayed at 100% and RAM rarely goes lower than 90%. We bought multiple Latitude 3520 devices and only one has this issue. Even if just the minimum number of applications runs, we still have a higher CPU and RAM load, than other employees using the same laptop as usual to work. As described on the Forum, we did all pending Dell and Windows updates, but the issue still persist.
Any Ideas what could be the cause and how to fix this?
