Latitude 3590 Video Issue

We have been trying a few 3590s before buying a lerge batch of them.

When the units goes to sleep you can press the power button and the unit wakes up but NOT the video. The screen is blank.

If I plug an external monitor on it and toggle the video Fn+F8, the notebook send video to the external monitor and you can see that the unit is up and running.  And I can THEN toggle back to the notebook display and it then comes on. But the issue comes up again when it goes to sleep.

It has the newest bios and other updated drivers installed.

Something is buggy.

Any thoughts or ideas?

Re: Latitude 3590 Video Issue

I went into Advanced Power Settings and set the hard drive to never turn off and that seems to work.  Not a fix, obviously, but a workaround.
