Latitude 7214 - different recovery images

hello can someone clarify these different recovery images for the latitude 7214 (below from https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/drivers/osiso/download) ..  are they for different regions?

 

MVGG5A00_W10x64ROW_pro.iso --- Windows 10 Professional, 64-Bit 4.22 GB 
MVGG5A01_W10x64ROW_pro.iso --- Windows 10 Pro. 64-Bit 4.25 GB 
W52RRA04_W10x64ROW_pro.iso --- Windows 10 Professional. 64-Bit 5.63 GB 
W52RRA05_W10x64ROW_pro.iso --- Windows 10 Professional. 64-Bit 5.73 GB 
2DF4FA00_W10x64ROW_pro(DL)_v3.iso --- Windows 10 Pro - 64-Bit 6.38 GB

My thoughts on this. Make a clone of your hard drive. That's the best for recovery. I have done this more than once and it works.

Same images for my Latitude E5570. 

Confusing. 

Like to updgrade from Win7 to Win10, but don't know which one to choose.

DELL staff please clarify!

the dell os recovery tool (https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/drivers/osiso/recoverytool/wt64a) seems to pick one image automatically. can't tell which though.

i switched to advanced mode and chose the smallest image.  if any software is old version you can update with the dell command utility.

I used the recovery option while in a system using Linux and grabbed them. all.

Actually went through and re-imaged a Dell OptiPlex 3040 using these iso files either on a single layer DVD or a USB stick

MVGG5A00_W10x64ROW_pro.iso - Windows 10 x64 Pro Version 1709
MVGG5A01_W10x64ROW_pro.iso - Windows 10 x64 Pro Version 1803
W52RRA04_W10x64ROW_pro.iso - Windows 10 x64 Pro Version 1809
W52RRA05_W10x64ROW_pro.iso - Windows 10 x64 Pro Version 1809
(not sure what differentiates this one from "RA04")
2DF4FA00_W10x64ROW_pro_v3.iso- Windows 10 Version 1511 ( I probably cleaned up the ISO name slightly)

There is also a 1909 recovery image I found (for my OptiPlex 5070 and others I guess). I do not have the filename handy at the moment.

The Dell Windows 7 Professional x64 iso image I found - G13K9_PW4KGA00_W7SP1PRO64_ROW.iso

I haven't successfully applied MVGG5A03_W10x64ROW_pro.iso to anything yet. Uncertain of the Windows 10 version.
