Latitude 7430 hangs and has low cpu and high gpu usage

Dear Community,

is there anyone also working with the quite new Latitude 7430?
Did you notice huge performance issues when device is on load?

My device stucks, hangs and stutters often when doing a few tasks simultaneously.
I checked the ressource usage and find out, that the CPUs behaviour is very strange...

When I go for stress test (Prime95), the CPU usage is going to 100% for a short time, until it drops to 60%.
Its capped at 60% from than on and the frequence will drop to 1,0 ghz.
The temperature is not close to overheating (around 60 degress).

What I also noticed: The CPU is going down to 10% usage and !! 0,25 ghz !! when the internal GPU is on load (90-100%).
You cannot do any task until the GPU usage drops. Screenshot at the end.

I can summarize, the device is unuseable when the GPU is on high load, as the CPU throttles extremly.
Anyone with the same experience?

Solution: Dont use current L7430 A00 CAB driver package. The Intel Innovation Framework is out of date and will result in issue I mentioned. As soon as you update this driver, the systems performance is as you would espect. I go with L7530 A02 driver package. Content is the same but current.

Thank you floyd361.
I have Latitude 7430 with i7-1265U.
After logging in, the CPU is constantly between 60-100% utilization.
After logging in, about 3-4 minutes at 100%.
The CPU also gets very hot.
Several times crashes, blockages.
Bios update and DELL updates = everything done.
Also DELL optimization = only minimal improvements.
Have you installed driver package L7530 A02 or L7430 A02?

I installed Windows11 Pro 64-bit.

Thank you very much.
I was able to download the driver package. Unfortunately I cannot install the package directly on the Latitude 7430 with i7-1265U. If I uninstall individual drivers, I cannot install the drivers from the package: SYSTEM = Drivers are up to date. Is there a way to install all drivers as a package?

I do installation of .cab files with SCCM task sequence.
Never did this manually, sorry. Other threads may help you.

I would recommend you to download the drivers contained in this package manually and install one by one.

@floyd361 I have the same issue, and my user experiences bad lags especially when in a Teams call with sharing and video on. The machine stutters and eventually catched up to the input generated by the mouse or keyboard. Would you clarify what you mean by CAB driver? which driver is this?
