Latitude 9520 Intel(R) Smart Sound Technology - No sound

Windows 10 Pro 20H2

i tried the latest drivers on dell website - not working

tried to remove and unistall and delete driver - restart

installed hd sound - no sound

installed both drivers on website - no sound

can someone please help
