Product Latitude 3410
I once had an issue with the laptop which went to a state of unresponsive and had to force close it by holding the power button for a while. Ever since that incident, my laptop runs the "Dell Support Assist Onboard Diagnostics application" with a Memory Test when switched on. The Memory Test always returns Success after about 15-30 minutes scan. This is very annoying. I can simply press "ESC" to stop the scan everytime it runs, but isn't there a better solution than this?
