PCMCIA disabled by WLAN BIOS Setting [Latitude 5414 Rugged]

Hi,

I have a problem on my laptop:

I need to disable my WiFi card, so I am going to "BIOS>Settings>Wireless>Wireless Device Enable" and uncheck "WLAN". When I restart my laptop the WiFi is indeed disabled, but my problem is the PCMCIA is not recognized anymore... (not even seen by the OS)

Info:

- The PCMCIA card is working perfectly when the WLAN device is enabled in the BIOS

- The BIOS is up to date, I just updated it a few days ago with the last version to try to solve this issue (it was also not working before the update)

Could you please help me to solve this problem?

Thank you very much.

Best regards,

FOES
