Hi Vaibhav,
Our scope of support will be limited to factory shipped operating system. Regarding the officially support OS it depends on the system model and operating system has been tested/certified to run on that system. You may refer for support operating system for your Latitude 5490 system. If you have another model which you would like to check click change product and select the system model. ^TM
