dell bios 回復について ご存知ありませんか?

dell bios 回復について USBを使用して:の手順がありますが、 USBは作ったんですが、「ren 3330A13.exe BIOS_IMG.rcv」 使いかたが見当たりません。 Latitude 3330 が起動せず、DELL画面で止まったままです。 1,電源遮断しませんのでパスキャパシタ短絡ではなさそうです。 2,メモリーを外すとDELL画面出ません。 3,バッテリー外し、19V電源プラグ抜いて電源ボタン10秒押し、 放電をしても、DELL画面で止まったままです。 4,F2,F12を押しての起動は DELL表示、進展プログレス80%ぐらいと、 それぞれの起動オプションが右上に表示した状態から進みません。 BIOS内容が壊れているかと思われます。

Thank you for your reply.
It was delayed to see because the mail was in the trash.
What I do.
"3330A13.exe for the Latitude 3330 Dell Latitude 3330 System BIOS"
Download and save to the USB memory of FET32.
Make the extension visible. (It is originally from)
Change the file name to "BIOS_IMG.rcv" for each extension.
Display the "BIOS Recovery Menu" screen.
This is not possible because the BIOS operation is not complete.
That's it.
There are two possible causes.
The BIOS does not work due to the device on the bus not responding, broken, etc.
One minute contents of BIOS is broken and does not end.
As it is difficult to identify the bus or device, I would like to write BIOS-ROM later and try BOOT by pushing the method.
In order to do that, I found information on the WEB that it was necessary to take out "3330A13.rom" from "3330A13.exe".
I tried that method but win7-CMD returns an error.
I asked about that.

In order to serve you better, please provide us the service tag or the express service code of your laptop. 

Service tag is 7 digits alphanumeric code that you can find on a sticker on the bottom of your laptop.

Please make sure to send the service tag by using private massage function from the point of view of protecting the personal information.

「messages」→「NewMessage」→search for「Dell-RyokoM」in the「Sent to」→After enter Message subjects and Message Body→「Send Message」

It might take a little while to answer due to checking the specification of your laptop.
