e6430 fast switch intel display profile

I frequently switch display profiles depending on what task i am doing and what time of day it is.

The current method of switching the profile is exausting

right click desktop navigate through a large menu of items to reach the name of the display profile i want.

is there any easier way

navigating menus is a difficult process with an easy chance to make a misake

here is what seemed like an easy suggestion but i am not able to implement it

On Windows, with profiles set up in Intel HD Graphics Control Panel, you can switch between them using command line

C:\Windows\System32\GfxUIEx.exe -profile
(-profile switch is case-sensitive, profile name isn't)

You can put that in a .bat file, and create a shortcut to the bat file on your desktop, then assign a shortcut key to that shortcut in Properties.
