Hi Pete the man

Have you updated the system BIOS along with wireless and Lan drivers? If not please update it from

Support.dell.com once the website opens, enter the service tag->select Drivers and downloads. Uninstall the

drivers before you try and perform the fresh installation. After performing all the steps, update us if the issue is

fixed, if not PM us the system service tag for further help.

but it's weird it was working before.

Hi Pete the man,

Fresh installation was for drivers, not the operating system. Can you try checking if the wired connection works fine in safe mode, link provided has the steps on how to boot into safe mode for windows 10.

Hi Pete the man,

If you mean you will be reseating the wireless and Lan cards, you can try only if you are comfortable. You can use the manual to do so https://www.dell.com/support/manuals/us/en/04/latitude-e5570-laptop/latitudee5570_pub/working-on-your-computer?guid=guid-9ccd6d90-c1d1-427f-9e77-d4f83f3ad2b6&lang=en-us.

Hi

,

Kindly check if the issue is same in safe mode as the issue looks to be with the operating system. Sometimes it works and at times it doesn't.
