Where can I see the power of the currently connected power source, in watt?

You can check in the BIOS. Usually in the battery section it will tell you about the charger.

V x A = W
Volts x Amps = Watts
19.5V x 4.62A = 90.09W
You can look on your laptop to find what is required.
Then look on the AC adapter to find what it produces.
Always make sure the AC adapter wattage matches or exceeds the wattage required by the laptop.
If the laptop requires 180W do not use a 130W adapter.
