What are Dell repositories for ubuntu 20.04 LTS ?

Hello, I have done a clean install of ubuntu in my Dell Inspiron 3567 (i7 7500u, 8gb ram, 1TB drive, dual gpu intell hd 620 and amd radeon r5 M430) which was shipped with ubuntu 16.04 LTS I had a lot of issues with this version so I did a clean install, everything looks fine I wonder if there are any Dell repositories for my laptop, should I get them ?
