Latitude 5490/5590/5290: needed linux /sys/kernel/debug/dri/0/i915_vbt file for BIOS 1.0.8
In reference to the black/blank screen problem on dell latitutde 5490 (also on 5590 and probobly 5290) after upgrading BIOS from 1.0.8 to 1.1.9 there is a need for linux /sys/kernel/debug/dri/0/i915_vbt when running a linux system on BIOS version 1.0.8.
