latitudes and precision offered with redhat/ubuntu but cannot configure!!!!!

Hi,

Dell have just started offering a bunch of new latitude laptops with ubuntu and precision laptops with redhat. However, when you click on the configure button you are no longer offered either ubuntu or redhat as an os -- only windows. In other words you see a linux operating system listed but you cannot buy with a linux operating system. I called sales and told them a week ago and they said ah yes they should fix that but so far nothing.

If anyone knows how perhaps they could tell the sales folks they are missing out! I have already bought several linux systems from Dell and I am interested in one of  these but want to configure and cost.
