redhat gnome issue

Dear Sir/Madam,

One of our machines with service tag: <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy> and express service code: <ADMIN NOTE: Express service code removed per privacy policy> has problem with gnome, and the error messages are shown below.

Checking the processes running on it, it is found that the followings are not started.

gdm 4751 4721 0 Mar09 ? 00:00:00 /usr/bin/gnome-session --autostart=/usr/share/gdm/autostart/LoginWindow/

gdm 4758 1 0 Mar09 ? 00:01:45 /usr/libexec/gnome-settings-daemon --gconf-prefix=/apps/gdm/simple-greeter/settings-manager-plugins

gdm 4776 4751 0 Mar09 ? 00:00:00 gnome-power-manager

Can you please advise on how to

1. Start the processes manully for solving the errors, and

2. Enable the machine to start the processes automatically during reboot.

Or if the errors are casued by others, please guide to sovle the issue. Thanks.

For your information, it is installed with Red Hat Enterprise Linux Workstation release 6.0 (Santiago).
