Alienware command center ne fonctionne pas

Bonjour. J'ai ce qui me semble être un alienware 17 r2. Je n'en suis pas sur. Il date de juillet 2013, et son tag est *******. Suite à une mise à jour de windows 7 vers windows 10, il m'est impossible d'installer alienware command center.

J'ai installé toutes les versions que j'ai trouvé sur internet, et j'ai soit un message du genre "ce progiciel n'est pas destiné à votre ordinateur", soit un affichage du logiciel qui ne correspond pas à mon pc mais plutôt au m17x r3 ancienne génération avec des bugs.

J'ai installé tous les drivers que j'ai trouvé sur le site support de dell, mais ça ne fonctionne pas. J'ai installé le dernier bios, à savoir le A14.

Voila j'espère que vous pourrez m'aider.

Bonjour Saga06,

J'ai masqu" votre numéro de série.

Je vous propose de désinstaller l'application Alienware Command Center et voici la procédure en anglais:

  1. Uninstall Alienware Command Center from Program and Features

    • Windows 8/8.1/10: Right click on the lower left hand side of the screen
    • Windows 7: Click Start > Control Panel > Prgrams and features

  2. Launch the Run Command

    •  + R on the customer's keyboard
    • Windows 8/8.1/10: Right click on the lower left hand side of the screen
    • Windows 7: Click Start > Run

  3. Type %appdata% and press Enter

  4. Delete any Alienware Folder. If the folder is not there just continue.

  5. Type %programdata% and press Enter

  6. Delete any Alienware Folder. If the folder is not there just continue.

  7. Go To C:\Program Files\Alienware\

    Older versions of command center will be under C:\Program Files (x86), please check both folders.

  8. Delete the Command Center Folder Only

  9. Go to the Documents Folder (My Documents on Win 7)

  10. Delete the AlienFX and Alienware TactX Folders

  11. Launch the Run Command

  12. Type regedit

  13. Search the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Alienware

  14. Delete the following folders only: (Some of these may not be present, just delete the ones present)

    • AlienFXMediaPlugin
    • Alienware AlienFX
    • CCPlugins
    • Command Center

  15. Search the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Alienware

  16. Delete the following folders only: (Some of these may not be present, just delete the ones present)

    • AlienFXMediaPlugin
    • Alienware AlienFX
    • Command Center

  17. Restart the system
