Error Message with Dell Backup & Recovery (Factory Recovery media)
Hello,
When trying to use the DELL Backup & Recovery to do a Factory Recovery Media with a USB stick, I always got an error message at the end of the initialization period.
The error message is the following : "An error occured"...
I tried with differents USB stick (32Go, 64Go, ...). Always the same error message.
My computer is a XPS8900 with Windows10.
Can you help me?

For information, I have the version 1.9.28 for DELL BACKUP & RECOVERY.

First of all, may you check if your application is up to date: https://goo.gl/0rWQW1
If you still have the same issue, I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the application.

I already have the latest version of the application.
I uninstall & reinstall it. Same error message.
Is it possible to receive the DELL Recovery DVD for my computer?
