When trying to use the DELL Backup & Recovery to do a Factory Recovery Media with a USB stick, I always got an error message at the end of the initialization period.
The error message is the following : "An error occured"...
I tried with differents USB stick (32Go, 64Go, ...). Always the same error message.
My computer is a XPS8900 with Windows10.
Can you help me?
