Submit a DSET Report before asking a Quote for OnSite Intervertion

Hi All@Support

Is it possible to submit to DELL a DSET Report, before asking DELL a quote for an OnSite support ?

We met troubles with a PE R510, the server rebooted alone twice yesterday, without any warning.

OpenManage does not show any hardware errors.
