Error Creating Template

I receive the following error when attempting to create a new Template, from an existing device.

I have the share "ServerConfig" COMPLETELY open (everyone full control) and I have tested access with the service account.

Any thoughts ??

Results: 
 Starting configuration file export on the target : .101.xxx.210.yy
Network share IP for this task: 101.xxx.4.yy
Retrieved the file share settings.
Extracting config XML from target: (101.xxx.210.yy)
 LC023 : Cannot access network share.101.xxx.4.yy\ServerConfig

HI Chris, I just noticed this post.  Is this a question about OpenManage Essentials or SCOM?  Just wondering since the error message looked similar to an OME message.  If OME, please cross post in the OME forum so the OME folks can take a look.
