CSVs and SQL 2014

Hello,

I am designing SGs/RGs around SQL 2014 with Clustered Shared Volumes on a VNX5300.  It is a relatively small environment.  We are looking at 4 to 5 DB instances.  So, just to confirm:

1.  Still separate my Logs from DB instances on separate RGs and (obviously) separate physical drives.

2.  FAST:  Any unique new impacts considering the way CSVs behave with direct memory mapping?

3.  This is the tricky part:  The client has RecoverPoint with CGs aligned with SQL and several WebApps.  Do we remove SQL from the RP stream since they want to leverage CSVs and Availability Groups?
