Microsoft Private Cloud Amplified with EMC

Last week, EMC presented a session at the Microsoft Management Summit (MMS) entitled Microsoft Private Cloud Amplified with EMC.  In this session we demostrated how to achieve not just virtualization but automation when moving forward on the Journey to the Private Cloud.  This includes using EMC's Storage Integrator (ESI) tool for provisioning of storage, EMC Powershell cmdlets to create and deploy storage LUNs in a Microsoft cluster, using Cisco powershell cmdlets to configure a virtual machine to boot from SAN and using technologies like Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager, Orchestrator and App Controller to achieve end to end automation for deploying VMs and providing self service portal capabilities to end users.  Interested to learn more?  Check out my blog post on this topic:  http://vwin.typepad.com/blog/2012/04/microsoft-private-cloud-amplified-with-emc.html.
