What PC is good pc for autocad, drafting and etc?

I am wondering if optiplex is actually a good pc for doing drafting, autocad and etc?
Bec there's so many models of pc and sometimes we just build a computer spec as long as it meets the software requirements but not pretty sure if the computer is actually good enough for not.

What about inspiron, XPS and etc. BUt I am sure precision is autocad certified but they are expensive.
