7202 rugged track pad disable tap to click

How can you disable the tap to click situation when you have the rugged 7202 keyboard / track pack hooked up?  There's nothing in Windows 10 in the Modern settings interface or in the standard control panel.  I can't find any drivers either for the track pad by either elan or alps for the device and it only comes up as being a ps2 mouse.  Any thoughts?
