Dell Venue 11 will not boot after adding to domain.

So I've had this issue with both Venue 11's I received. After adding them to the domain, and doing the necessary reboot. All that happens when the machine is powered on is this: Dell Splash Screen > Blank blue screen for about 30-60 seconds. Then the machine shuts off.

Both machines do it now, it isn't the charger since I've had them charging on two separate chargers. I can get into the bios, however since i received these, I haven't touched a thing in it.
