I am considering buying the V8P 5855. One question I have about it is if it can be booted in legacy mode. The older Bay Trail V8P didn't have that option. Having that option would be great for those who like to do a little tinkering. If legacy mode isn't currently enabled in BIOS, then why can't Dell do that in a BIOS upgrade?
Thanks for any replies!
In the Advanced Boot Options in the bios you can enable Legacy Option ROMS. This option allows you to enable the legacy option ROMs to load. By default, the Enable Legacy Option ROMs is unchecked.
